‘What’s the surprise?’

‘There’s no ginger in it,’ replied Chips.

‘And there’s another surprise. The sun has just come out!’ said Pillow.

Having eaten their ice-creams, cakes and jellies they went out into the garden to play in the sunshine.

Chips had gone to find something else to eat and returned with a box of plastic pouches of coloured liquids.

‘Look what I’ve Found,’ he said. ‘Some more jellies.’

He was just about to eat one when Scampi rushed forward.

‘No! Don’t touch those. They are extremely toxic,’ she screamed.

‘They are detergent capsules for washing machines and can damage your eyes.’
